Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks an Regional Engineering Manager to lead the Engineering Services team on-site at several locations including Charleston, Charlotte, Columbia, Raleigh, and Wilmington. You will oversee HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire and data systems, and safety programs to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires a BS/BA in Engineering and at least 5 years in building repair/maintenance, with strong CMMS and MS Office skills. Candidates must be U.S.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of building repair and maintenance experience.
• Ability to analyze systems, diagnose failures, and implement fixes.
• Proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Engineering Services teams on-site across multiple facilities.
• Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans and safety programs.
• coordinate with Client, Hard/Soft Services Leads, and Integrated Facilities Manager.
• Review work orders, ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
