Qualifications

• Deep expertise in server hardware and component repair across data center platforms.
• Strong Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills.
• Proficient in networking fundamentals and infrastructure awareness.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience documenting changes, configurations, and repairs in ITSM/DCIM systems.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira ITSM/DCIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware failures across servers and components.
• Perform component‑level repairs and preventive improvements.
• Lead break/fix processes to minimize downtime and meet SLAs.
• Contribute to RCA and root cause analyses for hardware issues.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve hardware/software interaction problems.
• Document repairs and configurations in ITSM/DCIM systems.
