Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Data Center with Linux knowledge and people management.
• High School Diploma required.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with computer hardware.
• Strong leadership competencies and professionalism; fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily management of staff, including technicians
• Coach and mentor staff to achieve high-quality results
• Conduct regular one-on-one status meetings for performance feedback
• Screen and schedule burst labor resources for short-term projects
• Assist in onboarding and training of all new hires
• Collaborate with Data Center Leads across locations
