Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Manager to lead a global contracts team focused on data center infrastructure, leases, colocation, networking, and energy agreements. You will guide complex negotiations, balance risk and commercial objectives, and partner with Legal, Procurement, OCI, and Finance to deliver high-value transactions across multiple regions.

Strong leadership, executive communication, and a proven track record in infrastructure procurement are required. Travel up to 10% may be involved.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience leading high performing teams.
• Deep commercial-contract negotiation experience in data center/real estate or infrastructure procurement.
• Expertise with data center leases, colocation, service and complex supplier contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global contracts team of six professionals to support Oracle’s data center buildout and operations.
• Negotiate data center leases, colocation, networking, and energy contracts across geographies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, OCI, Finance and business leaders to structure agreements.
• Establish consistent contracting practices and governance to move quickly with oversight.
• Provide strategic negotiation guidance to senior leadership.
