You will provide legal guidance across contracting, risk assessment, and compliance in fast-paced technology infrastructure projects.

You will collaborate with executives, engineering, real estate, construction, energy procurement, sustainability, and government affairs to help Oracle's cloud infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support for complex data center arrangements including colocation, build-to-suit leases, networking, and power and energy transactions.
• Collaborate with executives, business leaders, engineering, real estate, construction, energy procurement, sustainability, and government affairs teams.
• Review, shape, and implement initiatives impacting data center development, including power and energy requirements, site selection, land use, permitting and zoning.
