Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks an Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale mission critical data center projects nationwide. You will oversee electrical construction from planning through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel is expected; proficiency with Procore or MS Project is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in mission critical environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience with electrical design, installation practices, and NEC codes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities throughout the lifecycle of the project, ensuring quality control and cost-effective management.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Lead project status meetings, oversee schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to align project goals.
• Identify and manage risks and issues affecting performance and provide resolution strategies.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services and establish supplier contracts.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a safety culture.
• Manage project close-out, including final invoices and closeout documentation.
• Mentor and support junior staff in project management and electrical practices.
