You will set strategies, manage teams and budgets, mentor PMs, APMs and PEs, and serve as main liaison for stakeholders. The role drives successful delivery and maintains clear communication across all levels.

The position requires 7+ years PM/estimating experience,CSC/GC exposure, and PMP is preferred. Travel up to 40% and a full-time schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction mgmt/engineering or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in project management and estimating.
• Commercial general contracting exp., data center/mission-critical space preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead vendor planning and maintain relationships with senior contacts.
• Review proposals for scope, schedule, and pricing feasibility.
• Direct project communication strategy for major clients.
• Oversee risk planning, budgets, and safety planning across projects.
• Mentor PMs and guide team leaders on communication and leadership.
• Manage project portfolios and forecast financial health.
