Job summary

Enterprise Electrical in Cedar Rapids seeks a Project Manager 3 to drive commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery on multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of electrical PM experience, NEC knowledge, and strong leadership. Travel to active sites may be required; on-site work is expected as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years PM experience in construction/electrical.
• 5+ years of electrical project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of NEC codes and electrical design.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and oversee execution from pre-construction through closeout.
• Ensure projects meet schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain master schedules and project budgets.
• Manage finances: cost control, billing, collections, profitability, and cash flow.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and supervise junior PMs and site staff.
• Ensure documentation compliance with contracts and standards.
• Travel to job sites as required.
