Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in mission critical environments.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience with electrical design, installation practices, and NEC codes.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities throughout the lifecycle of the project, ensuring quality control and cost-effective management.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Lead project status meetings, oversee schedules, progress reports, and change orders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to align project goals.
• Identify and manage risks and issues affecting performance and provide resolution strategies.
• Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and services and establish supplier contracts.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a safety culture.
• Manage project close-out, including final invoices and closeout documentation.

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Mission Critical Data Center Projects in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and other locations nationwide. This pivotal role will be responsible for overseeing the execution of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Schedule

• This is a full-time position, with flexibility to work from home combined with project travel as necessary
• Project schedules may require overtime, including evenings or weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Certifications such as PMP or equivalent are a plus
• Willingness to travel for project needs, with potential long periods on-site.
