IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical seeks a Senior Electrical Project Manager for Data Center projects in Lithia Springs, GA. You will oversee electrical construction in all phases, manage client relationships, and drive financial performance.

Requirements include 8+ years in electrical PM, data center experience, NEC/OSHA knowledge, and a relevant degree. Hyperscale data centers preferred; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years electrical construction project management in multi-phase projects.
• Data Center project experience required; hyperscale desirable.
• Bachelor’s in engineering or CM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management in all phases of one or more Data Center electrical projects.
• Develop opportunities with clients in a defined geographic area.
• Oversee NEC and safety compliance and OSHA requirements.
• Represent the company in project meetings and negotiations.
• Manage project finances and ensure timely reporting.
• Lead project team to meet client and company expectations.
• Prepare takeoffs, price changes, and quotes; track performance.
• Collaborate with Project Executive to maintain financials; site work as required.
