Job summary

Quality Technology Services, LLC is seeking a Development Project Manager – Q-Systems to lead design, pre-construction, and construction activities across multiple data-center campuses. You will coordinate with contractors, engineers, and operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to QTS standards.

The role requires eight+ years in building controls and low-voltage design, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% (roughly every other week for 2–3 days).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in building controls, security, and/or low voltage commercial design and construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects on multiple campuses and oversee design / implementation budgets, schedules, and status reports.
• Review project design to ensure compliance with system standards and Basis of Design documents.
• Oversee commissioning efforts to verify systems operate as designed.
• Develop and maintain campus master plans to provide predictable statistics in a dynamic environment.
• Identify obstacles and coordinate with stakeholders to keep schedules on track.
