Job summary

QTS is seeking a Development Project Manager QA/QC (Q-Systems) to lead design, preconstruction and construction on data center campuses in Arizona. You will coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers and Operations to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communications, budgeting, scheduling and risk management, with experience in enterprise data center delivery and MEP trades. Travel up to 25% is expected; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures, including management of Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects on campus(es) with updated budgets, schedules, and status reports.
Create monthly program & project status updates for executive reviews.
Develop master development programs and campus design solutions within budgets.
Coordinate entitlement and permitting for assigned sites.
Lead multi-phased site development plans to meet time, budget, and quality standards.
Review monthly pay applications and change orders from contractors.
Collaborate with procurement on equipment procurement and delivery.
