Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Development to lead data center projects from site screening through handover. You will manage client relationships, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive schedules, budgets, and risk management in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in data center delivery, a degree in engineering or related field, and strong financial/commercial acumen.

Qualifications

8+ years of project management experience in data center development or equivalent.
Experience leading projects from land acquisition through handover to construction.
Strong financial, commercial and risk management capabilities.
Proficient using MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary day-to-day client representative and trusted advisor for assigned data center development projects.
Manage client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic guidance.
Lead project governance processes, reporting, stakeholder management, and executive-level presentations.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
Support business development and identify opportunities for expanded service delivery within client accounts.
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, investors, landowners, utilities, consultants, and local authorities.
Lead data center projects from site screening and acquisition through development and readiness for construction.
