Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead design-to-construction interfaces for large-scale data center and infrastructure programs. You will align design intent with field execution, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders from concept through handover.

The role requires 8+ years in engineering design, Design-Build/EPc projects, and strong leadership. A hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package are provided to support work-life

Qualifications

• BS or MS Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 8+ years of engineering design experience with multidiscipline teams.
• Experience managing Data Center projects and Design-Build/EPc設 projects.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, P6).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design-to-construction interface, aligning design intent with field execution.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, design clarifications, and changes to maintain momentum.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of design packages and construction docs for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate multiple disciplines to support integrated project delivery.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness for handover.
• Lead stakeholder engagement through governance forums and project reporting.
