Job summary

Accenture Construct in the United States is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of large-scale projects, from pre-construction planning to closeout. You will lead on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure cohesive delivery, safety, and compliance with building codes.

You will develop schedules and budgets, manage client relationships, review submittals, and drive value through disciplined cost control and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Construction Project Management.
• Thorough knowledge of construction processes, management techniques, methods, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction planning to final punch list and closeout.
• Lead and mentor on-site superintendents, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within financial targets.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes across all job sites.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues before they impact schedule or budget.
