Job summary

Avicado Construction Technology Services, LLC seeks a Senior Engineering Project Manager - Connectivity to own design change projects end-to-end for a major data center account. You will drive scope, budget, and cross-functional alignment with site teams, project leads, and client vendors to maintain momentum and delivery.

You’ll leverage AI tools to enhance project execution and reporting, while traveling up to 25% to client sites in California and Seattle.

Qualifications

• Owns design change projects from scoping to execution
• Proven track record managing large, complex project budgets
• End-to-end management of design/change projects
• Excellent communication to align cross-functional partners
• Self-motivated, responsive, and proactive in prioritization
• Comfort using AI tools and prompting to improve work
• Able to learn new tools quickly; construction or hardware background not required
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites (CA, Seattle)

Responsibilities

• Design Change Management: Own projects end-to-end from scoping through design development, execution, and post-execution
• Scope & Budget Ownership: Manage project scope and lifecycle
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align site teams, project leads, and vendors around a shared plan
• Procurement & Site Readiness: Manage material procurement and readiness communication
• Tooling & AI: Learn new internal tools and use AI to support execution and reporting
