Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Director of Construction Project Delivery to lead hyperscale and mission critical data center developments across North America, with a base in California or the San Francisco Bay Area. The role requires strategic leadership of delivery standards, schedules, budgets, and safety across multiple campuses.

Reporting to executives, you will shape the project delivery organization, mentor teams, manage client and contractor relationships, and drive growth through scalable

Qualifications

• 15+ years in construction or project delivery for mission critical facilities.
• Proven track record delivering multi-building data center campuses valued at $1B+.
• Experience with leading technology companies, hyperscalers, or mission critical contractors.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Willingness to travel across the United States; relocation to San Francisco Bay Area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and delivery of hyperscale data center developments across locations.
• Oversee site development through commissioning and handover.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing project delivery team.
• Establish project delivery strategies, governance, and reporting standards.
• Develop executive-level relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Drive project schedules, budgets, risk management, and performance metrics.
• Provide strategic leadership on contractor procurement and contract negotiations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and commissioning excellence.
• Support growth through process improvements and scaling.
