Job summary

JL&P is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead major Data Center, Advanced Technology and Mission Critical projects across North America. You will own the full lifecycle delivery and serve as the senior client-facing leader managing owners, hyperscale clients and stakeholders.

You will direct multi-disciplinary teams to meet schedule, budget, safety and quality targets, provide strategic oversight on risk, negotiations, and constructability, and mentor Project Managers and emerging leaders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project leadership experience in Data Center, Advanced Technology, Mission Critical, or large-scale EPC construction.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing multi-hundred-million-dollar project portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and retain high-performing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle delivery for large-scale Data Center, Advanced Technology, and Mission Critical projects.
• Serve as the senior client-facing leader, managing key relationships with owners, hyperscale clients, and stakeholders.
• Direct multi-disciplinary project teams, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality targets are met or exceeded.
• Provide strategic oversight on risk management, contract negotiation, and constructability.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Superintendents, and emerging leaders within the organization.
• Partner with business development to support pursuits, client relationships, and market growth.
