Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a confidential data-center program in Boyers, PA. You will lead end-to-end delivery, own performance across cost, schedule, scope, and client outcomes, and supervise PMs and coordinators.

The role requires 8+ years in data-center or mission-critical environments, proven ownership of large projects, and strong leadership and communication to interface with clients and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of construction PM in data centers or mission-critical environments.
• Experience delivering projects at scale: $50M+ total project cost with high schedule pressure.
• Direct oversight of trade contractors (electrical, mechanical, controls).
• Strong communication and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex data center projects.
• Direct PMs, APMs, and coordinators and manage client outcomes.
• Oversee cost, schedule, scope, procurement, and safety across projects.
• Coordinate design and pre-construction activities with engineering teams.
• Manage GMP/NTE style contracts and vendor relations.
