Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor to serve as the key day-to-day client interface on large-scale data center construction projects. This role ensures client objectives are achieved through the delivery of high-quality, value-added cost management services across the full project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience supporting complex mission-critical or advanced technology construction programs, with strong expertise

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• 5–7 years of cost management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience supporting mission-critical or complex buildings.
• RICS accreditation preferred or in progress.
• Strong cost planning, control, and reporting knowledge.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Estimate and negotiate change orders across the project lifecycle.
• Prepare cost plans and final estimates for approvals.
• Review estimates with design teams and GC during development.
• Lead cost management on medium/large projects.
• Communicate with owners, design teams, and contractors to gather data.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and support post-contract cost variances.
• Mentor and coach junior staff.
