Job summary

First Point Group in Dallas seeks a Senior Solution Support Engineer to lead pre-sales technical engagement for hyperscale, colocation, enterprise, and AI data center opportunities across global markets. You will partner with Key Account Managers, translate customer requirements into competitive solutions, and guide bid development, system design, and proof-of-concept efforts.

The role requires deep hands-on knowledge of cooling infrastructure, liquid cooling technologies, and mission-critical

Qualifications

• Professional-level English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience translating customer requirements into winning data-center solutions.
• Ability to present complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical pre-sales support for hyperscale, colocation, and AI data center customers worldwide.
• Partner with Key Account Managers to advance key opportunities and develop competitive solutions.
• Conduct customer workshops and solution discussions with engineering and operations teams.
• Develop technical proposals, bid responses, and compliant documentation.
• Interface with consultants, EPC firms, and design partners throughout project development.
