We're partnering with a global owner's representation and project management company dedicated to the mission-critical industry, helping clients deliver data centers on time and under budget. We're looking for a strategic leader, serving as the primary technical advisor, helping some of the world's largest hyperscale cloud, neoscale AI, and GPU-intensive customers solve the next generation of infrastructure challenges across multi-megawatt campuses, AI factories, high-density compute environments, and large-scale expansion programs.

Serve as technical lead on tenant engagements, translating complex business requirements into scalable colocation and data center infrastructure solutions, you will be involved in:

• GPU and HPC deployment planning
• Power, cooling, and capacity optimization
• Customer discovery and technical solution ownership
• Executive-level engagement with hyperscale and AI operators
• End-to-end solution leadership from concept through contract execution
• Present to tenant executives, architects, and technical stakeholders as a trusted advisor throughout the deal cycle

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5+ years in data center design, construction, commissioning, operations, or presales engineering, ideally supporting hyperscale, neoscaler, or AI tenants
• Working knowledge of critical infrastructure (UPS, switchgear, generators, ATS/STS, PDUs) and cooling systems (CRAH, CRAC, chillers, D2C liquid cooling)
