Job summary

Align is seeking an experienced data center liquid cooling specialist to lead planning, estimating, and execution of advanced cooling infrastructure for hyperscale and AI data center white-space fit-outs. The successful candidate will combine hands-on technical expertise with strong project management skills, coordinating engineers, manufacturers, contractors, and operators.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data centers, mission-critical facilities, mechanical or MEP construction.
• Experience leading liquid cooling projects in hyperscale/AI environments.
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and coordinate across trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead liquid cooling projects from design through turnover.
• Oversee direct-to-chip cooling, rear-door heat exchangers, and CDU infrastructure.
• Coordinate with engineers, manufacturers, and field teams.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Serve as technical liaison among Align, clients, and contractors.
