Job summary

Align is seeking an experienced data center liquid cooling specialist to lead planning, estimating, and execution of advanced cooling infrastructure for hyperscale and AI white-space fit-outs. You will manage projects end-to-end, coordinating engineers, contractors, and commissioning agents to deliver high-density IT environments.

The role demands hands-on technical expertise combined with strong project management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project, construction, or technical management experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Demonstrated experience managing liquid cooling projects in hyperscale, AI, or high-density data centers.
• Practical knowledge of direct-to-chip cooling and related systems.
• Experience overseeing installation, testing, and turnover of cooling infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center liquid cooling projects from design to turnover.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors to meet scope and schedule.
• Review drawings and specifications for constructability and compliance.
• Coordinate piping, rack interfaces, controls, leak detection and power connections.
• Ensure quality and documentation throughout commissioning.
