Job summary

Lvi-Associates is seeking a Senior General Superintendent to lead field execution on large-scale data center projects across the United States. This role requires guiding project superintendents, driving safety and schedule performance, and coordinating all construction phases on hyperscale programs.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of commercial construction experience and a proven track record delivering mission-critical data center work, with ability to travel and manage multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience delivering mission critical and/or data center projects.
• Leadership of large field teams and multiple superintendents.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to project superintendents and field teams.
• Drive site safety, quality control, and schedule performance.
• Coordinate all phases of construction including CSA, mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities.
• Lead subcontractor engagement and field coordination efforts.
• Partner with project management teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Mentor and develop field staff and future leaders.
• Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
• Maintain accountability for overall site operations and project delivery.
• Support project turnover and commissioning activities through completion.
