Job summary

Reliant Critical Infrastructure seeks a Senior Superintendent to lead field execution for one or more data center buildings and major phases. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage manpower, and drive commissioning readiness and shutdown planning to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

You will oversee field operations, partner performance, and safety compliance while mentoring subs and coordinating inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 10+ years Construction experience, specifically Division 2-10: concrete through finish trade.
• 3+ years Data Center experience preferred or equivalent mission critical environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Project).
• Yardi, Procore and Prolog experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
• Ensure that subcontractor is fully executing and complying with the contracted scope of work.
• Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
• Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
• Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
• Maintain daily log (written) of activities on the jobsite.
• May perform Field Superintendent duties at multiple job sites, simultaneously.
• Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team.
• Walk all units on project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
• Preside over weekly subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
• Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors in regards to quality of work or scheduling.
• Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner.
• Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
• Complete other such duties consistent with your role as you may be assigned by T5 management.
