Job summary

Yates Construction Co. leads the General Superintendent role overseeing the complete construction lifecycle of mission-critical data center projects.

You will partner with Project Managers and Executives to coordinate planning, sequencing, and site logistics for high-density environments and ensure on-time, compliant delivery. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of twelve (12) years of construction experience, with at least several years in mission-critical or highly complex MEP‑intensive projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $100M or greater (data center experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of planning and scheduling for mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of data center construction projects with PMs and executives.
• Oversee safety, scheduling, and commissioning readiness.
• Coordinate MEP, electrical distribution, UPS, and cooling systems.
• Manage daily field operations, manpower, and site utilization.
• Develop CPM schedules and track progress to milestones.
• Maintain as-built drawings and turnover documentation.
