Job summary

Yates Construction seeks a General Superintendent to lead the full construction lifecycle of mission‑critical data center projects. You will direct field operations, safety, scheduling, and quality to ensure compliant, on‑time delivery.

The role requires deep MEP knowledge, CPM scheduling expertise, strong financial acumen, and leadership across trades. Based in Little Rock, AR, this position guides site teams and coordinates with owners and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education or experience may substitute.
• Minimum 12 years of construction experience, with mission-critical or complex MEP projects.
• Experience managing $100M+ projects, data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on data center projects; lead safety, quality, scheduling and cost controls.
• Coordinate with project managers, executives, designers, and trades to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and manage CPM schedules, logistics, and phased jobsite utilization.
• Mentor and develop field staff; represent the company in owner meetings and reviews.
• Ensure commissioning readiness and adherence to owner standards and codes.
