Qualifications

• 10 years’ previous commercial construction management experience is required.
• Multiple medium to large datacenter project experience ($100M+) is required.
• A proven track record of organizing project team to accomplish goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture for the project.
• Control costs and maintain profitability.
• Manage field construction activity and support.
• Supervise project schedules and monitor production.
• Conduct regular project inspections for quality and safety.
