Job summary

The GOR Group is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field execution across multiple large-scale data center projects. This senior role oversees Project Superintendents, field teams, clients, and construction phases to ensure safe, on-schedule delivery.

Accountable for safety, quality, and coordination of complex MEP systems, the General Superintendent partners with executives to drive readiness, integration, and turnkey project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience, including data center/mission-critical projects.
• Proven track record leading multiple large, complex data center projects simultaneously.
• Deep knowledge of structural systems, building envelopes, and MEP systems.
• OSHA 30 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership across multiple concurrent data center projects and oversee field teams.
• Drive execution through all construction phases, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and client expectations.
• Coordinate with commissioning teams and trade partners to achieve readiness and turnover.
• Develop strategies for prefabrication, modularization, and accelerated delivery.
