Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Data Center construction. You will lead a team to manage large-scale data center builds, report to a Director or VP, and oversee project management, estimating, billing, and collections.

Requirements include 10+ years in construction PM and 5+ years in electrical PM for data centers. Strong leadership, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• 5+ years of electrical project management for large-scale IT/Telco data center projects.
• Experience with data center electrical distribution, cabling, and white space fit-out.
• PM certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company, client, and project policies.
• Maintain site safety and adherence to national policies.
• Generate estimates and review project proposals.
• Establish project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Supervise project execution to meet design, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to meet expectations before, during, and after completion.
• Coordinate staff and subcontractor activities and procurement.
• Lead billing efforts and collections.
