Job summary

Stream Data Centers seeks a Sr. Project Manager, Construction to lead data center deployments from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate design, procurement, construction, and operations to ensure compliant, on-time delivery across campuses.

The role requires 7–10 years of PM experience in construction or mission-critical spaces, strong leadership and communication skills, and frequent travel to job sites across the United States. Safety and quality are priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7–10 years of project management experience, preferably in construction and mission-critical space.
• Experience reading and understanding project drawings, specifications, and submittals.
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling to support timeline analysis and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Actively participates in Preconstruction to align design, scope, and estimates with Stream metrics.
• Leads project team with procurement of qualified contractors and vendors.
• Manages and enforces Development Agreements and contractual obligations.
• Acts as primary Tenant Interface for communications and project coordination.
• Owns project budget, schedule adherence, and change management.
