Job summary

Edged Data Centers is seeking a program manager to lead construction programs for new data centers across sites in the United States. You will own scope, schedule and budget, coordinate with engineers, contractors and management, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex facilities.

The role requires 7+ years on large projects (>$250M), deep cost/schedule management expertise, vendor negotiations, and hands-on experience with Primavera P6. Travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years on complex projects (>$250 million).
• 5+ years in electrical, mechanical, controls, security, networking, preconstruction, execution, and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Program management and oversight of construction activities for new data centers, including scope, timeline, and budget.
• Drive costs down and shorten schedules while maintaining quality.
• Review constructability and assist with RFPs, GC awards, and capital requests.
• Manage monthly billing and engender program cash flow.
• Coordinate with regional managers and internal/external teams across sites.
