Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction - Senior Project Manager in Cheyenne, WY. This role leads critical environment projects, including data centers and hospitals, with on-site responsibilities 3–5 days per week.

You will manage scope, schedule, and budget while guiding teams and maintaining client alignment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction PM, 2+ years in critical environments, and MEP experience in ground-up builds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects
• MEP experience in ground-up construction
• Bachelor's, Associate, or equivalent in construction-related discipline
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while balancing multiple initiatives
• Mentor and lead teams, managing schedule, scope, and budget
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery
• Achieve and maintain the client's vision as a trusted partner
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors/GCs, vendors, and teams
• Anticipate risks, solve complex challenges, and conduct requirements gathering
