Job summary

MGAC’s Critical Environments team in Cheyenne, WY seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead data center construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You’ll independently manage full scope, mentor teams, lead risk and contingency planning, and maintain alignment with the client’s vision. This role requires 3-5 days on site weekly and offers a collaborative culture with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while leading components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
