Related Digital is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for data center construction, based full-time in Cheyenne, Wyoming. You will lead all project phases from concept to turnover, guiding budgets, schedules, design coordination, procurement, and commissioning while collaborating with design, development, finance, marketing, and sales teams.

Applicants should have 10+ years in data center or mission-critical construction, strong leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in data center or mission-critical construction.
Proven track record of managing full project lifecycles and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Highly motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial.
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage all phases of data center projects from concept to turnover.
Develop and manage budgets and schedules for complex projects.
Coordinate design management and CM/vendor coordination; lead RFPs and selections.
Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and contract negotiations.
Monitor progress, reporting, and escalation of risks and issues.
Lead commissioning and final handover, including turnover to operations.
