Job summary

MGAC is seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager (Cost) to lead and deliver high-visibility data center and critical environment projects in Buffalo, WV. You will independently manage full project scope, coordinate cost control, and drive site activities with a hands-on leadership style.

The role requires 3+ years in construction project management, 2+ years in cost management and MEP coordination, a construction-related degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in construction project management with a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Bachelor’s, Associate’s, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of construction cost management experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (e.g., data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
