MGAC's Critical Environments team is seeking a Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager to lead high-visibility data center projects in Trenton, OH, with 3-4 days onsite per client needs. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, mentor teams, and drive risk management while ensuring alignment with the client's vision and project goals.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in construction PM, 2+ years managing critical environment projects, and ME P experience in ground-up

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• 2+ years of experience managing critical environment construction projects (data centers, labs, hospitals).
• MEP experience in ground-up construction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage the full scope of projects while coordinating components of others.
• Mentor and lead teams while managing schedule, scope, and budget.
• Lead risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery.
• Achieve and maintain the client’s vision as a trusted partner.
