Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of construction management experience, a related degree, and strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills. This role is based on site with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience in a Project Manager role.
• GC experience required for senior-level leadership.
• Industry-related degree required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Provide leadership to project teams and manage client expectations.
• Develop plans, budgets, and schedules; track progress and performance.
• Negotiate change orders, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Prepare monthly status reports, owner billings, and risk assessments.
• Ensure safety plans and quality control are in place.
