Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction project management, scheduling, or cost controls.
• LEAN principles experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scheduling, quality control, and reporting.
• Create and monitor project financials and cost reporting.
• Ensure weekly schedule updates and address long lead items.
• Review cost updates and projections with project teams.
• Understand contract terms and keep work within scope.
• Lead regular project meetings and preconstruction tasks.
• Collaborate to implement quality control plans.
