Job summary

The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Executive to lead data center projects in Cedar Rapids and Des Moines, IA. You will oversee construction operations, provide leadership, and help grow the business unit with strategic plans and budgets.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, managing teams of architects/engineers/contractors, and communicating progress to stakeholders. Strong leadership and a track record of project success are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management experience.
• Senior level manager experience (Senior Project Executive or Director).
• Data center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans for large-scale construction projects.
• Manage project teams including architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders including senior management and clients.
