Job summary

MXI Partners represents a top-tier national general contractor seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale data center and mission-critical construction projects from preconstruction through handover.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction PM experience in data centers or technically complex environments, with strong MEP coordination, budgeting, and scheduling skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering data centers, mission critical facilities, or similar complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of ground-up construction and MEP coordination.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, change orders, and risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center and industrial projects.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, procurement, subcontractor management, quality control, safety, and financial performance.
• Coordinate scopes across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive construction schedules with identified milestones.
• Lead subcontractor relationships and commercial administration.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams on objectives and delivery.
