Job summary

CriticalWorx is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead data center construction projects in the United States. You will manage all phases from planning through completion and coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, a strong track record with data centers or large commercial builds, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project. Travel as needed is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of data center construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors and overall execution.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and field teams.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and resolve construction challenges.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, and reporting.
