Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years of experience in commercial or mission-critical construction.
• Exposure to MEP systems preferred (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Assist with submittals, RFIs, and change management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and consultants.
• Track project documentation, drawings, and field reports.
