Job summary

MXI Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager for data center and mission-critical construction in Addison, TX. You will lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout, directing budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communications.

You will mentor project teams, manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting while driving safety, quality, and cost control. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• 5+ years in data center or mission-critical work.
• Track record delivering projects over $40M.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of large, technically complex data center and mission-critical projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and overall project performance.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting.
• Support preconstruction with estimating, bid packages, and planning.
• Act as the primary client contact.
• Mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks to safety, quality, and cost.
• Manage closeout and turnover to the client.
