Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• 5+ years in data center or large-scale commercial/industrial project execution.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience on projects over $500K and diverse project types.
• Ability to lead people and drive project results.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and planning.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information and reports.
• Utilize and track timesheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness and adjust to meet goals.
• Communicate project status to all stakeholders.
