Job summary

Lithko Contracting, Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead planning and execution for large-scale concrete projects. You will work with the operations team to develop the overall project plan and ensure milestones are met on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in project execution for a self-perform GC or concrete contractor, plus a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Engineering. Strong MS Office skills and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial projects over $500K.
• Data Center construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan and schedule.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and planning.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and adjust as needed.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all stakeholders.

The Role

As a Senior Superintendent at Lithko Contracting, you'll be responsible for planning the execution phase of the project. You'll work closely with the operational team to create an overall project plan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during the turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Data Center construction
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.
