Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Atlanta is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead planning and execution on large-scale concrete projects.

You will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate with operations, manage scheduling and field teams, and ensure on-time delivery for industrial and commercial facilities. Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Engineering, 5+ years of progressive experience, and strong MS Office skills required; self-perform concrete experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project execution for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform experience of concrete is required.
• Experience with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on Commercial/Industrial.
• In-depth knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects over $500K.
• Ability to lead people and drive results for overall project success.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with the operational team during turnover and project planning process.
• Understand project information and identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using defined planning processes.
• Engage the project team to generate accurate project information, including T&Q reports.
• Utilize and track time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in & sign-out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Validate project awareness for the project team and make necessary adjustments to meet execution goals.
• Communicate project status in a timely and accurate manner to all appropriate parties.
