Job summary

Lithko Contracting is seeking a Senior Superintendent in Atlanta to lead the execution phase of complex projects. You will partner with the operations team to craft comprehensive project plans and drive successful turnover and execution across multiple sites.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, 5+ years of experience in large-scale project execution, and a proven track record in self-perform concrete work on commercial/industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in construction project execution.
• Experience leading large-scale self-perform GC or concrete contractor projects.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience on Commercial/Industrial projects over $500K.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Collaborate with operations during turnover and planning.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the project team for execution using planning processes.
• Engage the team to generate accurate project information and reports.
• Use time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure project execution goals are met.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely manner.
