Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 5+ years of progression in project execution for large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Self-perform concrete experience required.
• Experience with Commercial/Industrial projects over $500K.
• Strong leadership and ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive project plan for execution.
• Collaborate with operations during turnover and planning.
• Identify obstacles and opportunities for the project team.
• Prepare the team for execution using planning processes.
• Engage the team to generate accurate project information (T&Q reports).
• Use time sheets, delivery tickets, and sign-in/out sheets.
• Ensure execution goals are met and adjust as needed.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders in a timely manner.
